Terms and Conditions – Precision Performance Garage

Welcome to Precision Performance Garage (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our website, services, or scheduling work with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services
- Precision Performance Garage provides automotive maintenance, repair, and performance services.
- Service descriptions, estimates, and invoices are provided in good faith based on the information available at the time of inspection.
- We reserve the right to modify services, procedures, or pricing without prior notice, though any changes will be communicated before work is performed.
2. Appointments and Estimates
- Appointments are recommended but not required unless specified.
- Estimates are non-binding until confirmed in writing or approved by the customer.
- Additional work discovered during service may require separate approval.
3. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
- Credit card payments are subject to a 4% surcharge.
- Late payments may incur interest or fees in accordance with applicable law.
4. Warranties
- Labor Warranty: All labor is warrantied for a period of three (3) months from the service date.
- Parts Warranty: Parts are covered in accordance with the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
- Warranties do not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
5. Liability
- Precision Performance Garage is not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from services provided.
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle during service.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and reporting any known issues.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur fees at our discretion.
7. Privacy
- Personal information collected is used only for service purposes, billing, and communications.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Precision Performance Garage operates.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts within our state.
9. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.
- Updated Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
